How does it work?
Every party is flexible and tailored to your needs. We will arrive at a time that suits you, set up and style your party ready for your guests. We will then return the next day (not too early) to clear the party away.
What’s included in the hire?
All parties include everything that is stated in the theme section plus personalised invitations and bedtime packs as we think these make your night extra special. We are happy to include items from different themes also. Just ask!
All parties include duvets, mattresses, teepees, snuggly blankets and cushions, trays, lights and themed decorations.
We offer extra bits and bobs to make sure your night is one to remember Pamper Packs, Games hire and outstanding birthday cakes can all be sorted – just ask!
Where do you go to?
We are based in Alton, Hampshire GU34 and cover the areas of Farnham, Winchester, Guildford and Petersfield too. We are more than happy to travel further afield and will simply charge a mileage fee to get to you - please just ask!
How do you wash your bedding?
All of our Belle & Bo bedding is washed in dermatologically accredited washing detergent. Please feel free to ask if your children have any allergies and we can make sure we cater for them. We also have ensured that all bedding is fitted with waterproof and mite proof protectors. All of our teepees are washable and other items disinfected where possible.
How much space do you need?
We will suggest several layout options depending on the size of your room. The teepees and mattresses measure 120cm x 160cm although it is possible to reduce this size with some clever styling!
Can the teepees be used outside?
Unfortunately not. These teepees are designed and made for indoor use only.
What age do you suggest is suitable for a sleepover?
Although our equipment is generally suitable for children aged 3 and over, we suggest our parties suit children from 6 years.
What are your payment terms?
We require a £50 deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is then due 7 days prior to your party date.
Do you support any charities?
Shelter. Sheltering in a Teepee is fun for us, but we are conscious that for some people having a ‘shelter inside a shelter’ is extravagant. So we commit to donating a percentage of our profits to Shelter to help fight homelessness. By booking a party with us, you help us help those families and children without.
